02. If I place a large bulk order, how do you guarantee my payment and fund security?
As a registered and certified manufacturer in China with a professional international trade team, we take fund security very seriously. For large volume orders, we offer multiple globally recognized, secure payment structures to guarantee your peace of mind:
1). Secure B2B Payment Methods: We support standard International Wire Transfers (T/T) via top-tier global banks, secure business credit card payments, and PayPal (which offers robust Buyer Protection for initial cooperation).
2). Flexible & Standard Milestone Payments: For bulk wholesale or OEM orders, we do not require 100% upfront payment. We follow the industry-standard 30% deposit + 70% balance structure. The balance is only paid after production is completed and passing quality inspection.
3). Third-Party Inspection & Proof: Before you pay the remaining 70% balance, we provide full transparency. We will send you high-definition inspection videos, 360° product photos (showing perfectly aligned rhinestone trims/ropes), and packing lists. We also fully welcome third-party inspection agencies (such as SGS or TÜV) designated by you to inspect the goods at our factory.
Legally Binding Contract: Every bulk order is backed by an official Proforma Invoice (PI) and a sales contract with legally binding terms, clear lead times, and quality specifications, sealed with our company stamp.

03.What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
As a flexible factory direct manufacturer, we support both growing fashion brands and large apparel/shoe factories. For our in-stock items, the MOQ is very low (usually 1000 yards/meters). For custom OEM designs or specific colorways, the MOQ varies from 1000 to 5000 units/yards depending on the complexity. Please contact our team for specific low-MOQ solutions.
04.What is your standard production lead time for bulk orders?
For in-stock rhinestones and materials, orders can be dispatched within 3-5 business days. For standard bulk production, the lead time is typically 10-15 business days. For complex custom OEM designs or massive volume orders, it may take 20-30 business days. We always provide a guaranteed shipping date on our official Proforma Invoice (PI) before you deposit. For exactly production lead time please contact with our team ,they will check our production schedule and confirm the final lead time.
05. What shipping methods do you use, and do you support DDP?
We offer flexible shipping options globally to match your budget and urgency. For urgent needs, we use reliable air express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, 5-7 business days). For large bulk freight, we provide cost-effective Sea Freight and Air Freight (FOB, CIF, EXW). We also support DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to many countries, meaning we handle all customs clearance, import duties, and deliver directly to your warehouse.
06. How do you handle quality discrepancies or damaged goods upon arrival?We implement strict strict 100% quality control before packing. However, if any quality discrepancies or transit damages occur, please contact us with photos/videos within 14 days of receiving the cargo. Once verified, we will immediately arrange free replacements in your next shipment or offer a direct refund/credit for the affected items. Your long-term business partnership is our top priority.
07. How do you protect my intellectual property (IP) and custom OEM designs?
We strictly respect and protect our clients' intellectual property. Sweetstrass operates under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) policy. Your custom design blueprints, custom sandal upper molds, and exclusive rhinestone trim colorways will NEVER be showcased on our public website, social media, or sold to any third party. Your business secrets are 100% safe with us.
08. Do you offer R&D services? How often do you release new rhinestone designs?
Yes, we have an in-house design and R&D team that closely tracks global footwear and fashion trends (such as Runway, Milan, and Paris fashion weeks). We release over 30+ new innovative rhinestone trims and sandal rope accessories every month. We actively share new design catalogs, trend swatches, and material inspirations with our long-term VIP partners to help them lead their local markets.
